Refund Policy

Vidamuzzic International Academy of the Arts A Division of Sanjen Enterprises LLC.

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms & Conditions governing the use of all websites, programs, courses, memberships, applications, portals, merchandise, and digital services provided by Vidamuzzic International Academy of the Arts (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any Service offered by the Company, the User acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the terms of this Policy.

NO REFUNDS — ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All payments made to the Company are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-reversible, without exception. Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, educational materials, proprietary training systems, online courses, coaching programs, downloadable files, and creative tools, the User expressly agrees that no refunds, credits, exchanges, substitutions, cancellations, or partial refunds will be issued for any reason whatsoever, except where required by law.

This strict no-refund policy applies to, without limitation:

Digital courses
Online programs
Practice charts & training materials
Apps, portals & virtual tools
Memberships & subscriptions
Payment plans & installment agreements
Holiday specials & promotional rates
Breathing Arena
Songwriting Hub
Vidamuzzic Jr, Teen, or Adult programs
RapVox Jr, RapVox Teen, RapVox Latino programs
Live or pre-recorded training
Merchandise including print-on-demand items
Digital downloads
License fees
Enrollment fees
Evaluation fees
Administrative fees
Gift cards & coupon purchases
Any service or product sold by the Company

The User understands that once access to any Service is granted, the sale is considered fully delivered and finalized.

NO CANCELLATIONS OF PAYMENT PLANS

Enrollment in a payment plan is a binding financial commitment. Payment plans are not subscriptions and therefore may not be cancelled. The User agrees to complete all installments regardless of whether they continue to access or participate in the program. Payment plans are not eligible for refunds, reversals, credits, or pauses.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Attempting to dispute or reverse charges through a bank, credit card issuer, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, or any financial institution is a direct violation of this Agreement.

The User acknowledges and agrees that:

All purchases were made knowingly and voluntarily.
The no-refund policy was clearly stated prior to purchase.
Chargebacks filed for non-refundable services constitute fraud.

In the event of a chargeback, the Company reserves the right to:

Submit evidence to contest the dispute
Involve collections agencies
Pursue legal action for damages, fees, and costs
Terminate all current and future access to Company Services
Ban the User from future enrollment

BILLING ERRORS

In the rare event of a duplicate transaction or technical system error, the User may contact the Company for review. Resolution will be at the sole discretion of the Company.

This exception applies only to unintentional duplicate charges, not buyer’s remorse or misunderstanding of program requirements.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND MERCHANDISE

Physical merchandise produced via third-party print-on-demand partners (e.g., Printify, Printful, Gelato, Zazzle) is non-refundable.

Refunds or replacements may be issued only if:

The item arrives damaged
The product has a manufacturing defect
The wrong item was delivered

The User must provide photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping delays, color variations, or sizing discrepancies are not grounds for refund.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing any purchase or enrollment, the User affirms that they:

Have read this Refund Policy in full
Understand that all sales are final
Agree to be bound by the strict no-refund terms
Accept full responsibility for their payment selection
Waive any right to dispute charges except in cases of billing error
