Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of our programs, all training plans, subscriptions, and digital products are non-refundable once access is granted. Merchandise orders are final once submitted and non-refundable, unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Subscriptions By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring payments according to the plan you selected. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however, cancellation does not refund prior charges. 6-Month Training Plans Enrollment in a 6-month program constitutes acceptance of the full tuition obligation, whether paid in full or through monthly installments. Access begins immediately and continues for the full 6 months. Upon completion, you retain 10-year review access to the platform. Usage Rights All training content is for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, recorded, or reproduced. Financing Options If using Klarna, AfterPay, PayPal Pay, or any financing provider, all approvals, terms, and payment schedules are handled directly with that provider. Merchandise Physical products ship through our third-party vendors. Shipping times may vary. Any damaged or defective item must be reported within 7 days of delivery for replacement.
